Privacy policy
Creator Insights is a creator analytics app for youtube, inside claude. It uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What it reads
With your permission, through Google sign-in: your channel's analytics (views, watch time, audience, traffic sources and revenue estimates), your videos and their captions. It also reads public data about other channels you ask about. It reads only when you ask Claude something; it never changes anything on your channel.
What it keeps
- Your channel ID and your Google sign-in token, encrypted, so you stay connected.
- Your list of niche channels: only their channel IDs and when you added them, and the last suggestions, which are deleted after 30 days. Names and numbers are fetched from YouTube each time and never stored.
Your analytics, videos and captions are not stored: they go to Claude to answer your question. They are not sold, shared or used for advertising.
Deleting your data
- Ask Claude to delete my data (the
delete_my_datatool). It revokes access to your Google account, deletes your niche list and disconnects every sign-in, straight away. - Or remove Creator Insights's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and email gianpierre@lobsternest.dev to have your data deleted. It is deleted within 7 days.
